Welcome to my website. As a UK Registered Dietitian with over 23 years of experience, I provide professional, evidence-based nutrition care tailored to your medical needs. My background includes working with adult and paediatric patients in London hospitals such as St George’s, Chelsea & Westminster, Guy’s & St Thomas’, as well as the Ulster Hospital and The Northern Ireland Cancer Centre.
I have also held posts with the Sure Start health initiative, at St Mary's University lecturing at BSc And MSc level, and advised elite and professional athletes.
